Empowered Midlife Moms ❤️‍🔥

We face different kind of challenges in Midlife. But There are Solutions for you. Let me suggest some ways of dealing with many challenges in Midlife. Read on...

1. About Feeling of Emptiness..Solution is to Find what fulfils you. Understand that there is a higher purpose to life beyond this present way of living .

2. You feel Lack of connection with Spouse or children...The more you worry and more you focus on the problems, emotional pains increases and will also gradually cause physical health problems. Start taking care of yourself, plan for me time and self love activities. Respect yourself .

3. Midlife Moms also feel they can't share their problems with their Parents , because they will get worried...For this challenge, it is better to share with other Supportive People. Have a group of Friends or find Mentors or join a community with whom get non judgemental support. Join MAA Healing Mandala Community for my guidance and be with other Moms. Lovely community for Healing and we are supportive to each other.


4. Not Having Financial Independence....Especially homemakers feel I am just a homemaker and dependent. Home makers also feel that my work at home is not valued, I can't take rest and no break. So She thinks, A job will solve my problems. But do you realise ? This is not a short term game. It takes time. By then you lose conviction and energy. Keep your hopes up and plan and succeed. Its a Mindset game. Unless mindset changes job, career, business will not click because, self doubt creeps in .Also even to take the first step to start a Job or Career, you are afraid or lack clarity. So its an inner mindset and attitude game.

5. Not having Clarity about how to change this way of life....For this issue, you need to have meaningful goals . Plan and take small baby steps. Have Mentors and Support system to stand with you, when you feel low.

6. Midlife Moms also feel identity crisis and Lack of Self worth..Feeling I am Nobody.. No recognition... None Appreciates or acknowledge me..All these feeling trouble her. The solution is to assess, In your own eyes how do you perceive you? What do you tell yourself? Always Acknowledge yourself, acknowledge your successes and reward yourself.
